The Watershed Empowering Citizens programme aimed at improving governance for Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) so that all citizens, including the most marginalized, can benefit from sustainable services. To communicate the changes and results the programme has realized to a Dutch and international audience, EyeOpenerWorks produced a series of documentary videos, photographs and articles showcasing impact in Uganda, Kenya, Bangladesh and India.
