Since 2021 EyeOpenerWorks supports GIZ Uganda and several of its programmes with strategy and learning sessions, team building, manager feedback sessions, facilitation of the GIZ Uganda Leaders’ Forum and Annual planning workshops.
Results
- Management strategy sessions for the MT of GIZ Uganda, and Rural Development and Governance programmes.
- Learning and strategy sessions for the entire teams (30-50 people) of the Governance and Rural development programmes.
- Manager feedback sessions for the Governance and Responsible Land programmes.
- Design and moderation of several Leaders’ Forum sessions, convening the top and middle management levels to discuss organisational vision and strategy and spearhead relevant organisational developments.
- Facilitation of Annual Planning session.
