M&E Specialist

Allen supports individuals, organizations, and businesses achieve their goals by effectively tracking progress and learning from project outcomes. She is passionate about continuous learning and exploring solutions until she finds the right one, and likes to achieve results with minimal resources and maximum sustainability.

Her experience includes creating and maintaining Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, coordination of baseline, midterm, end-line, and impact studies, M&E capacity building and participatory video evaluations. Allen is familiar with various sectors, including agriculture, tourism, education, health, and finance. Partners she has worked for include GIZ, UNICEF, AVSI Foundation, Gulu Agricultural Development Company, RVO, MDF, Government of Uganda, VOICE Global, ILO, Dutch Sports for Development Partnership.

Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management. Next to her EyeOpenerWorks activities she is currently conducting practical research on sustainable agricultural practices and setting up a Zero Waste and Recycling Training Center to reduce resource waste and littering in communities.
