In 2008, EyeOpenerWorks designed and implemented a 4-month training and coaching program for young professionals that want to change their (social) environment, or to set up community projects. This was part of the strategy of Edukans and Togetthere (the youth program of ICCO and Kerk in Actie at the time) to provide next steps for youth who joined their exchange programs.
In between 2008 and 2011, more than 80 participants where inspired to put their ideas to change the world into practice.
