In 2015, EyeOpenerWorks supported the International Sport Alliance with developing a series capacity development modules for their partners worldwide. The aim of these modules is to improve the various sports and development programs and activities at an organisational level.
The modules included Leadership Development, Theory of Change development, Volunteers Management, Logframe Development, Vision Development, Proposal Writing and a more general Capacity Development Assessment.
