LIN Center for Community Development is a not-for-profit, nongovernmental organization in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam that helps local people meet local needs. Their particular focus is to build capacity of an emerging nonprofit association (NPA) sector in Vietnam.
In 2017 EyeOpenerWorks trained LIN staff members to build their capacity in coaching skills and creative monitoring and evaluation. EyeOpenerWorks also facilitated a leadership module in a capacity development trajectory for starting NPAs.
