Lobke Vermeulen

Lobke is one of EyeOpenerWorks’ associate consultants, with experience in designing and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems for both local NGOs and international development programs in Rwanda. Since relocating to Uganda, Lobke has co-founded a hotel, bar, restaurant and travel organisation in Entebbe with her partner — giving her deep insight into the country’s tourism sector and entrepreneurial landscape.
