Lotte van Vliet

Lotte specializes in designing and facilitating strategy, learning and communication processes.

Whether she hosts a learning session for a management team, coordinates a visual storytelling process, or develops an innovation lab for East African youth, Lotte creates spaces that encourage involvement, trigger reflection, drive action, and fuel connection.

Since joining EyeOpenerWorks in 2015, she has been executing projects for – among others – AVSI Foundation, Amref Health Africa, DW Akademie, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Uganda, Ethiopia), Embassy of Ireland, GIZ, ICCO Cooperation, International Rescue Committee, Mensen met een Missie, Mercy Corps, Oxfam, Save the Children, Simavi, War Child Canada, and ZOA. 

Lotte holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Organizational Science.
