Peter Nsimbe

Peter is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning specialist with over 9 years of experience supporting donor-funded programmes through robust MEL systems, data quality management, research, reporting, and organizational learning. He brings expertise in designing practical frameworks and tools that strengthen evidence generation, accountability, and adaptive decision-making.

At EyeOpenerWorks, Peter supports the design and implementation of MEL frameworks across programmes, with a focus on data collection systems, analysis, reporting, learning processes, and donor compliance. His experience spans quantitative and qualitative research, baseline to endline studies, dashboard development, partner reporting, and staff capacity strengthening.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and is currently pursuing a Master of Management Studies in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Next to his work at EyeOpenerWorks, he is a co-founder and Managing partner of SOVITA Consulting.
