From its base in Kampala, Mango Tree develops innovative education and communication materials for clients throughout Africa.
In 2016, EyeOpenerWorks supported the Mango Tree team in Northern Uganda with improving on effective communication, feedback skills and team building. The 3-day team building program in Lira was followed by an individual coaching trajectory for staff members and another team day.
