case description
In 2016, ICCO Global Office in The Netherlands approached us for developing a vision for their Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) ambitions for the next five years. It should clarify the core tasks are and those of the regional offices and how this can be organized effectively and efficiently with a limited number of people and resources. This should lead to an interpretation of the current vacancy position within the ICCO PMEL unit.
EyeOpenerWorks supported ICCO with a round of interviews with PMEL officers, fundraisers and colleagues at the regional offices. It was a participatory process that resulted in a documented vision of ICCO’s vision, objectives and main tasks of the PMEL unit. It also resulted in a job profile for the vacated position within the team.
