ZOA Uganda delivers assistance to marginalized communities by providing sustainable access to basic services and resources, promote good community governance and help re-building peaceful and stable communities.
Between 2012 and 2016, ZOA implemented the Agri Skills 4 You Program in West-Nile, Uganda. EyeOpenerWorks supported the ZOA West-Nile team in capturing lessons learnt, project challenges, and project results by facilitating a Most Significant Change & Participatory Video process. We trained 13 staff members who collected 80 Stories of Change collected in 5 districts of West-Nile. These resulted in 5 films with the most significant stories, 1 learning event with over 30 participants, and more than 50 lessons and ideas harvested. EyeOpenerWorks also created a film that summarizes the impact of AS4Y program in West-Nile.
