STELLA is a longtime partner of EyeOpenerWorks in Laos. Over the past two years it established itself as a hub for creative methodologies for youth development in Laos. Based on an extensive survey among youth, it was time to take a next step and develop a Social Business Incubator in Laos that targets urban and rural youth with mixed ethnic backgrounds.
Since 2018, EyeOpenerWorks has also been a partner of STELLA in developing their Social Enterprise Facilitation services for youth. Our role is to develop the capacity of the STELLA team as facilitators, mastering a variety of methods and tools. It includes the development of methodologies and tools that are relevant for Social Enterprise Facilitation in the context of Laos.
